Our Story
Josh Campbell has been completing medical legal assessments for over 15 years. He has been qualified as an expert witness on numerous occasions and testified in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Licence Appeal Tribunal in matters relating to occupational therapy, vocational evaluation, vocational rehabilitation, employability, and life care planning. Josh is regarded for his fair, objective, and defensible medical legal opinions.
Our Approach
We take a holistic and balanced approach to medical legal assessment to help determine fair and reasonable compensation and eligibility for benefits for injured individuals and to assist in settling legal and benefits claims.
